HOW DID YOU BECOME INTERESTED IN FETISH/BDSM?
I don't know, actually. I think it's one of those type of things you just just sort of "fall into" gradually. I accredit it to being one of those types of people who is curious, open with my sexuality/sensuality & has the desire to try nearly everything at least once.
DO YOU ENJOY FETISHISM/BDSM PLAY IN YOUR PERSONAL LIFE, AND IF SO WHAT ARE YOU INTO?
Hmm... I enjoy smacking boys around with whips, mostly floggers. I have a friend who is going to teach me how to use a bullwhip without killing myself or others, which I'm pretty excited about. In addition to that, I like power struggles, outdoor sex & exhibitionism, mild asphyxiation, playing "doctor", wearing really sexy boots/shoes... I've been very interested in Nuru massage fetish, it's something new that I'd really like to try. There are several other fetishes I love, that I am not willing to be as candid about here. So hopefully that will suffice ;]
ARE THERE ANY FETISHES THAT YOU DON'T FIND APPEALING?
Bodily wastes. Not my thing... no bueno. And other bizarre/extreme stuff. I like sexy, light, safe stuff that is reversible & can be washed off easily with soap or tongues. Sorry to disappoint, but you won't find me suspended to a ceiling by hooks anytime soon :P
WHAT EXCITES YOU ABOUT FETISH MODELING?
The diversity of it all. I've lived the type of life where I had to learn how to adapt quickly to new environments & be absolutely comfortable with myself throughout the process. I'm glad it came in handy for something. Also, I'm a Pisces... I need fantasy in my life, and I'm still a little girl at heart who likes to play dress up & make-believe... well, sort of. Hahaha!
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE TYPES OF OUTFITS TO MODEL IN?
Body paint, Horror FX makeup, fake blood, latex, tight corsets, and big dramatic ball gowns. I also love doing implied, tasteful nudes if the appropriate care is taken to preserve the beauty & artistry of the shoot. I am looking to do more aquatic themed/mermaid photo shoots. I have this thing for the ocean...
WHAT ARE YOUR LEAST FAVORITES?
I will absolutely not do any boring headshots, wearing normal, generic clothing. Not even if it's paid. I only model as a hobby & art form, I would never push it as a career. That means I get to do whatever I want!
WHAT IS IT ABOUT TATTOOS THAT INTRIGUES YOU?
As an artist, I am intrigued by all forms of art... body art is one of them. It's almost like hanging a beautiful painting on your wall, except you get to carry it around with you at all times. My tattoo artist & friend, Larry Yerkes, is an amazingly creative person with a fantastic style & natural ability to create a fantasy world on human flesh. All of my ink is custom art & one of a kind. I'm not one for doves, cherries & leopard print tattoos- I like for my tattoos to mean something, or create a mood that suits me as an individual. I also love the sting of a fresh new tattoo in-progress, if it's not in an overly-sensitive spot of the body.
DO YOU THINK PINUP AND FETISH ARE BECOMING PART OF THE MAINSTREAM CULTURE?
Yes, and I highly endorse it. I think the mainstream culture lacks a lot of beauty and depth, so the more these things surface, the more the world is enriched with diversity & artistic freedoms. I am not one of those snobby closed-minded people who will speak of "sell-outs". Everyone deserves a shot to be seen or heard, and for their art to flourish- especially the underdogs who were once looked upon as a smaller, less profitable, less recognized genres, & stuck to their guns despite the odds, because that is what they LOVED to do.
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU LIKE?
I am extremely various & open with my musical preferences. I like anything displaying talent & overflowing with emotion. Doom Metal, Black Metal, Industrial.. (old industrial rock with guitars & real instruments), Gothic Rock, Glam Rock, 80s & 90s alternative, Punk Rock, Classical, Opera & Musicals are among a few of my favorite genres, but not everything I enjoy might fall into these categories. I love Estatic Fear, The Cranberries, The Cure, Conjure One, The Kidneythieves, Pantera, Christian Death, Cradle of Filth, Tristania, Delerium, Nine Inch Nails, Peter Murphy (Bauhaus), David Bowie & Pink Floyd, to name a few amongst the hundreds of artists I adore… Anything hard, heavy, sensual, crunchy, beautiful & pumped full of minor chords… something that has the ability to shatter my soul into a million pieces & make me feel pins & needles all over.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO FOR FUN?
By day, I am Creative Design Manager for a magazine, web development & search engine company. I have been building my career in design for about 11 years now.
By night, I am a musician... it is more of a religion to me than anything, it's what I live for & would die for. Having two musician parents, my love for music & talents began at a very early age. I am a vocalist, guitarist, play other various instruments such as the celtic minstrel harp & clarinet, and compose electronically in Logic Pro. I'm currently working on finally releasing my album, my project's name is Midheaven & thus far I've composed the music entirely by myself. I try not to ever make musical success something I particularly strive for, because then I would not be able to enjoy it as much. I feel as if it's sacred and should not be exploited. Other hobbies I have include: going to the beach & playing in the ocean, reading experimental & unconventional literature, cooking healthy foods, astrology, numerology, horror films/psychological thrillers, going out to see good shows & concerts, writing poetry, traveling, camping, going to museums & aquariums, stargazing, cosplay/costume design, spending plenty of party time with my awesome friends, Japanese food & art, and playing with my cats.
